It’s officially spring!
That means that it’s time for spring cleaning.
For me, this includes cleaning up my act in the digital realm.
Thus I spent the week updating my Web site.
Wow, it needed it!
I’ve pretty much ignored it while I was making a lot of Web Worlds for Cosma. Web Worlds are interactive 360° images with links to 3D and 360° experiences on other Web sites. You can learn more about them on my post on Cosma.
Hike, Wander & Walk-in the Web!
Here’s a special one that links to many of the others that I made.
Touch the 360° image to explore it, objects to see sample experiences, and doorways to go to other Web Worlds which also have objects and doorways that link to more 360° experiences.
If you can’t see it, you can also explore it on Kuula.
Here are links to the Web Worlds and posts about them on Cosma.

So, all of that is why I didn’t spend much time on my MEHopper site.
That is, until this week.
But, what a mess. Where to start?
One thing I decided to do was tweak my digital gallery.
Touch the 360° image to explore it, touch the photos to find out about them.
If you can’t see it, you can also explore it on Kuula.
First, I added a carpet to brighten up the place.
Then I experimented with techniques to lighten it up.
I also added a door to this Sand Sculpture Sanctuary that I made after I made the gallery a few years ago.
Touch the 360° image to explore it, and touch the pictures to see multimedia slideshows.
If you can’t see it, you can also explore it on Kuula.
Then I was going to add another door to this world I created for photos of flowers that I took last spring walking around beach towns north of Boston.
Touch the 360° image to explore it, use the white spots to navigate.
If you can’t see it, you can also explore it on Kuula.
One problem.
There wasn’t a lot of room for another door.
Also, honestly, my old gallery struck me as a bit dingy even after lightening it up.
What the heck? Why not make a new gallery.
Done!
It even has a window with a beach view!
Touch the 360° image to explore it, photos to find out about it and doors to go to exhibits.
If you can’t see it, you can also explore it on Kuula.
Wait a minute — that beach view reminded me of this series of “beach worlds” that I created and shared in my My Enchanted Beach Houses post in January.
This is an imaginary hut on Waikiki Beach.
Touch 360° image to explore it, and just touch the doorway to take a stroll on the beach!
If you can’t see it, you can also explore it on Kuula.
Here’s the beach shack with more doors.
If you can’t see it, you can also explore it on Kuula.
Finally, here’s the Enchanted Beach House!
If you can’t see it, you can also explore it on Kuula.
Then it struck me!
My photography tends to be beach related.
Why not make my gallery “beachie,” too?
Ta da!
Welcome to my new beach gallery!
Touch the 360° image to explore it, pictures to learn about them and doorways to go places.
If you can’t see it, you can also explore it on Kuula.
That digital sand may be hard to clean up, but it sure is brighter, don’t you think?
Again, Happy Spring! :)
